Also referred to as the Council Building, the Palace of the Council is Astrea's government headquarters. There are six living chambers built into the structure, meant to house the current ruling council members. The council always consists of three males and three females, and they are picked from amongst the people. It is rarely ever hereditary. Council members serve until they are killed, or else are replaced after a decade of service.
